By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service description
PraxBook is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables professionals and businesses in industries including beauty, wellness, fitness, and healthcare to manage client bookings, schedules, and communications. PraxBook provides the software infrastructure; each business ("Tenant") is responsible for its own services, pricing, and client relationships.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
2. Account registration
To use PraxBook, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. Notify us immediately at support if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
3. Subscription & fees
PraxBook is offered on a subscription basis with monthly and annual billing plans. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
To cancel your subscription, provide at least 30 days' written notice before the next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no refunds are issued for partial periods. We may update pricing with at least 30 days' notice; continued use constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Transmit spam, unsolicited marketing, or any form of harassment
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Upload or distribute malicious code or software designed to disrupt the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Collect or harvest personal data of other users without explicit consent
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Intellectual property
PraxBook and all associated software, designs, logos, and content are the intellectual property of PraxBook B.V. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any PraxBook intellectual property.
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including business information, service descriptions, and client data. By uploading content, you grant PraxBook a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Data & privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. As a Tenant, you are also a data controller for your own clients' personal data processed through the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your use of PraxBook complies with applicable data protection law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, PraxBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to PraxBook in the 12 months preceding the event. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for material breach, or if required by law. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days by contacting us; after that period we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
